Steps to Reproduce:
Run reproducer.sh in the attachment
1. Create multiple ovs bridges and patch ports 
2. Swap patch ports among these ovs bridges
3.


Actual results:
Failed

Expected results:
No failure

Additional info:
It is reproducible only when nmstate-plugin-ovsdb and python3-openvswitch2.13 both are installed.
