Description of problem:

Satellite 6.6.3 is successfully generating and uploading inventory details to cloud.redhat.com.
The report has details of thousands of hosts, and all JSON inside looks valid. Generation and upload task completed successfully.  But cloud.redhat.com subscription watch shows no result. 

Need to check what is going on cloud.redhat.com side.

1. generate a report 
2. upload report 
3. check on the portal. 

Actual results:

subscriptions watch shows only threshold limit + 5 hosts. 
No details about the rest of the content hosts. 

Expected results:
All details of the full host list included in the JSON files.

1) Download tfm-rubygem-foreman_rh_cloud-0.9.4.1-3.HOTFIXRHBZ1870332.el7sat.noarch.rpm from this bugzilla to your Satellite

2) stop services:

satellite-maintain service stop

3) Install:

rpm -Uvh tfm-rubygem-foreman_rh_cloud-0.9.4.1-3.HOTFIXRHBZ1870332.el7sat.noarch.rpm

4) restart:

satellite-maintain service start

5) resume operations
