Description of problem:
I checked some images -- etd, apiserver, logging pods, the /etc/redhat-release is RHEL7.

The Openshift4.6 should be base on RHEL8

Joep van Delft: There is work going on to get all artifacts on rhel-8. The work is not yet complete
