Description Jeremy Katz 2006-03-28 14:07:14 UTC
mkblockdevs doesn't create the device nodes for removable devices as it's using
the same /sys/block walking code as device label reading. We need the removable
device nodes so that the right thing can happen with live CDs (... without the
livecd mkrootdev having to create its own device nodes)

Comment 1 Peter Jones 2006-10-03 00:16:31 UTC
Should be fixed somewhere around 5.0.47-1 .
