Description of problem:

osbuild-composer tries to pull packages from the beta repository, even when running on GA.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

osbuild-composer-19

How reproducible:

Always.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. replace /etc/os-release with the one from GA (from 8.2 would do, but 8.3 is the relevant one)
2. systemctl restart osbuild-composer
3. composer-cli sources info baseos

Actual results:

Shows an URL with /beta/ in it

Expected results:

The same URL with /dist/ instead

Fixed in osbuild-composer-20 or before.

This bz was not added to errata by mistake before internal development deadlines. However, the change landed well before any freeze, so we are attempting now to just reflect reality in the bz.
