Description of problem:
Cannot create index patterns on ELK instance by following step #5 on KCS https://access.redhat.com/articles/4921101


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Prepare an ELK instance
2. Follow https://access.redhat.com/articles/4921101 to create index patterns on ELK instance


Actual results:
We do not see any option to create index pattern.

Expected results:

We should be able to create index patterns.

Please attach config.yml file, collectd and rsyslog logs.
