Description Ritesh Chitalia 2020-08-24 18:29:47 UTC
Description of problem:
Provisioning Template Foreman module accepts kind as an optional parameter, belonging to one of the following thirteen values: [finish, iPXE, job_template, POAP, provision, ptable, PXELinux, PXEGrub, PXEGrub2, script, snippet, user_data, ZTP]
API GET template_kinds returns the following thirteen values: [finish, iPXE, cloud-init, POAP, provision, kexec, PXELinux, PXEGrub, PXEGrub2, script, Bootdisk, user_data, ZTP]

There is a mismatch here - Foreman module needs to be updated to accept the same types as the API.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.7

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run 'curl -X GET -s -k -u [UNAME]:[PASSWORD] "https://[SAT_HOSTNAME]/api/v2/template_kinds"
2. Compare with accepted values for kind parameter for provisioning_template module provided here: https://theforeman.github.io/foreman-ansible-modules/v1.0.1/modules/provisioning_template_module.html#provisioning-template-module
