Description of problem:
The component portion of the CMO manifests contain underscores which is against CVO naming rules (as described in https://github.com/openshift/cluster-version-operator/blob/71aef74480d199fe96a590f2f1e4e8056a9cb687/pkg/payload/task_graph.go#L21)
