Description of problem:

Smart State Analysis fails  for VMs that having Direct LUNs attached on them.
It fails with error: undefined method `first' for nil:NilClass


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.11.6


How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attach a Direct LUN on a Vm
2. Run SSA aginst the same VM

Additional info:

1) The SSA works for the VM if direct LUN is not attached on the VM

2) One of the customers that faced this error showed me that SSA for working for VM that had direct LUN attached on it before upgrading cloudforms to 5.0. SO it seems that the issue is specific to the 5.0 version.

3) SSA performed on the cloudforms appliance VMs also fails due to this issue

Also can we get this issue run again with DEBUG turned on, and then get access to the logs in question?  Thanks much.

Jerry, the fix is in smartstate gem, so the usual process (backport to v0.3, release new version and bump in Gemfile) is needed.
