Description of problem:

We want to update reports that count entities or resources to show the exact number of for any scale.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.4.1

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:

1.go to Grafana and choose relevant folder, dashboard and report. 
for example: oVirt Executive Dashboards -> Executive Dashboard -> Active Virtual Machines by OS (BR18)
2. choose a DB with more then 1000 active virtual machine    
3. see that the report show round number (n=number of vms; 1k/2k/..nk) 

Actual results:
reports that count entities/resources and have more than 1000 entities/resources show the round number.

Expected results:
reports that count entities/resources and have more than 1000 entities/resources show the exact number.

Steps:

Results:
The report shows more closely rounded number of VMs (e.g. 1200, 1300, 1400,...). When hovering over the graph, the exact number of VMs is shown. (Attaching screenshot) This seems reasonable, though I'm not sure if this is what was expected. If you feel like this is not the expected result, feel free to reopen the bug.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.3 release, published on November 10th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.3 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
