I tried this issue on RHEL-8.3.0/RHEL-8.4.0, here is the results:

RHEL-8.3.0: still can be reproduced with rhel-system-roles-CoreOS-rhel-system-roles-Sanity-basic-smoke-test-1.0-17.noarch

RHEL-8.4.0: cannot reproduce with rhel-system-roles-CoreOS-rhel-system-roles-Sanity-basic-smoke-test-1.0-17.noarch, and also w/o https://src.osci.redhat.com/tests/rhel-system-roles/pull-request/16
