There is a long distance between the chart elements on the 'Usage' tab

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM
2. Switch to the 'Usage' tab of the VM

Actual results:
There is a long distance between the chart elements on the 'Usage' tab

Expected results: 
The chart elements should be next to each other

1 Memory and cpu usage is changed to bar instead of chart, and their distance looks fit

According to the results, change ‘Verified’ status to ‘TESTED’.
