Description of problem:
qtkeychain is needed by nextcloud-client, but version 0.9.x does not support libsecret (version 0.10.0 does)

Additional info:
No other EPEL8 package but nextcloud-client (still in epel8-testing) requires this yet so upgrading should be safe
