There are some few key feature which make the interface very user friendly. For example, get all VM details by Cluster , Datacenter would be a must feature to have in a enterprise product.

This bz talks about two different things:

1. Showing more fields that appear in the Compute | Virtual Machines view to the ones groups by cluster in Compute | Cluster | Virtual Machines view, like IP addresses.
The better way of doing it would be by using a search query on Compute | Virtual Machines view (e.g., cluster=golden_env_mixed_1)

2. Adding 'static' configuration like CPU count and memory to the virtual machines view.
We had to prioritize the more important properties to display at the virtual machines view due to lack of space on some screens.
However, now that we have the ability to have columns that are hidden by default, we can think of adding such columns and hide them by default.

Yes, it works better for an admin who is most familiar with product, but my request was to add an option of choosing fields (like a column chooser) to bring ease of use to the interface. Since i work on 3 different virtualization products, trying to bring up the gap in ovirt compared to market leaders to make it better.

CPU and Memory information is critical in vast environments for capacity planning and making quick decisions.

Thank you for considering the suggestions.

Moving to https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-engine/issues/643 due to resource limitation
