Description of problem:

In 16.1 we introduced support for routed provider network.

This RFE is meant to test and support routed provider networks in a DCN context.
This RFE does NOT include specific fast datapath technology (SR-IOV, DPDK)

Marian, can you share the parts of infrared that tested the routed provider networks? We want to compare this to a non DCN test of routed provider networks to see if anything additional was needed for DCN, and capture that as a needed documentation update for 16.1.2.
