Description of problem:
On RHEL 7 with these RPMs installed:

xl2tpd-1.3.14-1.el7.x86_64
ppp-2.4.5-34.el7_7.x86_64

I get:

Sep  2 09:01:49 rhel7 pppd[18018]: In file /etc/ppp/options.xl2tpd: unrecognized option 'crtscts'

/etc/ppp/options.xl2tpd is part of the xl2tpd RPM. It also contains the no longer supported option "lock".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.3.14-1.el7

How reproducible:
Connect to the server using L2TP.

Actual results:
The L2TP connection does not work.

Expected results:
L2TP connection should work.
