Description divgupta 2020-09-03 15:26:16 UTC
Description of problem:
Sample go application form create button is disabled on opening the form. Since it is a sample application the create button should not be disabled as the user might not want to change anything and straightaway create the app.

The create button is disabled since the form is not `dirty`. For other similar sample app forms the create button is not disabled since the initial-values of ports ([]) is not same as the current-values because after getting the respective `builderImage`, ports are set but for go ports are empty and hence the button remains disabled as both values are same.

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to samples catalog
2.Click on Go tile to open the sample form

Actual results:
Create button is disabled

Expected results:
Create button should not be disabled
