Description of problem: The baremetal installer docs still reference etcd using DNS for bootstrapping, which is no longer the case. This has resulted in a few other changes to the baremetal DNS architecture that also need to be reflected.

That's not the commit that fixed this bug. This was: https://github.com/openshift/installer/pull/4101

That said, it's merged and there's not much to verify here so the status is correct.
