Description of problem:
The "Failed to fetch CD names" window is dual when there is no iso images attached to ISO_DOMAIN after clicking "Change CD" button.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
virt-viewer-9.0-4.el8.x86_64
spice-gtk3-0.38-3.el8.x86_64

RHV: Software Version:4.3.9.1-0.1.el7

How reproducible:
100% 

Steps to Reproduce:

RHV env setup:  Prepare an ISO storage domains on rhv and remove all iso images from the ISO_DOMAIN


1. Open the VM in RHV and check the "Change CD" sbu-menu in File menu of remote-viewer

Actual results:
The dual windows pop to show "Failed to fetch CD names", then click 'Close' button, and then click "Close" button on the main window, exits from "Change CD" window.(Details please see Screenshot-1 and Screenshot-2).

Expected results:
One windows is enough, thanks.

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release.  Therefore, it is being closed.  If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
