Description of problem:
The rhel-system-roles that include the logging role will only be available from RHEL8.3. This means we need to add the rpm to CentOS Virt SIG until it is available in CentOS8.3 .

Without this package it will not be possible to configure the metrics role to send the data to Elasticsearch.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install ovirt rpm and then run and  
2.Verify that the the rhel-system-roles rpm is installed and with minimal version  >= 1.0-19
3.

Actual results:
Only old version of the rhel-system-roles rpm is available

Expected results:
rhel-system-roles rpm is installed with version >= 1.0-19

CentOS 8.2.2004 has rhel-system-roles-1.0-10.el8_1.noarch.rpm
CentOS Stream  has rhel-system-roles-1.0-19.el8.noarch.rpm

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.3 release, published on November 10th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.3 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
