Tags are strings attached to an entity with the purpose of classification into groups. They are arbitrary strings, provided by users, that are stored and retrieved via the API. They do not affect the functionality of a load balancer.

This is a clone of the wider "tags" RFE to track the work on the API which is complete.

This capability shipped with 16.1 upstream. This is a clone of the main tags bug to track the tags API work that is already complete.

The last BZ which prevented the verification of this RFE (this bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1868309
)

was verified, and the CLI BZ does not block this BZ (which is the API BZ), so I am moving the status of this BZ to VERIFIED.
