Description of problem:

The 'xscreensaver-base' package owns directories which it has no right to
claim as its own:

/etc/pam.d
/usr/bin
/usr/share/X11/app-defaults
/usr/share/applications
/usr/share/man/man1
/usr/share/pixmaps

4.24-2

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install xscreensaver-base
2. rpm -qf /etc/pam.d (for example)
3.
  
Actual results:
pam-0.99.3.0-2
xscreensaver-base-4.24-2

Expected results:
pam-0.99.3.0-2

Well, I think that it is of little sense to force to release
new updates only for fixing this issue. So I re-assign this bug
for FE-Extras.

I will fix this bug if man page issue (bug 205796 ) is resolved.
