doxygen crashes when building docs with the new doxygen build. The same version of tpm2-tss built fine with 1.8.18-4.fc33 but is crashing with 1.8.20.

Seems to be the same issue across all architectures

i added workaround in tpm2-tss. It built fine now in f33 and rawhide

This issue is reported to upstream.

it's fixed in doxygen-1.8.20-4
