Description of problem:
Guest data is showing for VM, but not for VMI.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a fedora VMI
2. Install qemu-guest-agent and enable the service, then reboot it
3.

Actual results:
Guest data does not show.

Expected results:
Guest data shows.

guest data not show

The new data fields added on OCP 4.6:
OS, TimeZone, Active User and Filesystem.

The alert message below 'Status' also shows even with guest agent installed.

I was unable to reproduce this bug on master.

Disregard my last comment. The problem started occurring after the VMI had been running for awhile. The problem appears to be coming from the backend as I get the following message from virtctl even though systemctl reported the qemu-guest-agent as active.
