Description of problem: In locale ja_JP, zh_CN, pt_BR, fr_FR, and es_ES, Strings not marked as translatable strings.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):Satellite 6.8.0 Beta


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Satellite 6.8 instance with any locale.
2. Navigate to Monitor - Tasks, and scroll down.
3. At pagination section strings are not marked as translatable strings.

Actual results: Non translatable strings at pagination section.


Expected results: Strings should be marked as translatable strings.


Additional info: This issue has been observed on most of the pages, as listed below.
- Content - Subscriptions
- Content - Red Hat Repositories 
- Hosts - All Hosts (Click on 'Create Hosts', and switch to 'Ansible Roles' tab)
- Hosts - Create Host (Switch to tab 'Ansible Roles')
- Configure - Host Group (Click on any item under table, and switch to 'Ansible Roles' tab)
- Infrastructure - Compute Resources (Click on any item under table, and switch to 'Images' tab)

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/31174 has been resolved.

The fix for this is in an early Satellite 6.9 SNAP; therefore, aligning to release and updating state.

Infrastructure - Compute Resources uses a different pagination (it's not part of a table) and is not translated, can you open a separate Bugzilla to it?
