Description of problem:
NSS does not detect modification of all the fields in the database.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nss-3.53.1-3.el7_9.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. load secret keys to nssdb 
2. modify attributes 00000123, 00000124, 00000125, 00000126, 00000127 or 00000128


Actual results:
NSS continues to operate on the keys

Expected results:
NSS should abort operation as the keys are inconsistent

This is related to bug 1723819

Ooops this bug need zstream+, the pm_ack worked here.
