Description of problem:
When dragging a node, if you use the shift key to change into regroup mode the UI will crash if there has been a data update since you started the drag operation.

Steps to Reproduce:
In developer perspective, navigate to Topology
Drag a node and hold down the mouse for a few minutes
Hit the <shift> key
Actual results:
UI Crashes
Expected results:
Drag turns from a move operation to a regroup operation (application groups are highlighted).
Additional info:
Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a
resolution of ERRATA.
