These include:

- updated eslint rules
- better logging in headless mode
- better logging of window errors

Hey @David, 

I checeked some recent CI logs in https://prow.ci.openshift.org/job-history/gs/origin-ci-test/logs/release-openshift-ocp-installer-console-aws-4.6

For example in the failed log https://gcsweb-ci.apps.ci.l2s4.p1.openshiftapps.com/gcs/origin-ci-test/logs/release-openshift-ocp-installer-console-aws-4.6/1309794268335837184/artifacts/e2e-aws-console/container-logs/test.log, I didn't see a11y summary, while in another failure log https://gcsweb-ci.apps.ci.l2s4.p1.openshiftapps.com/gcs/origin-ci-test/logs/release-openshift-ocp-installer-console-aws-4.6/1309390673442508800/artifacts/e2e-aws-console/container-logs/test.log I do see all new changes 

All successful log seems correct

Hi yapei, the first CI log failed at protractor tests.  If protractor fails, then Cypress tests to not get executed.
