Terraform provides a default description of the components created in the cloud that might confuse the customers of openshift. Added a default description tag to all the components that allow a description to be set in order to replace the terraform's default one.

This definitely might trip up users who don't understand the installer is using the tf providers internally and also this is not accurate as we don't use tf for management. so we should fix all our resources to include explicit comment/descriptions like https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/aws/latest/docs/resources/security_group#description We want to fix this, but it may not be prioritized for 4.7. Verify this bug with nightly payload 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-03-03-010736. Checked the security group created on AWS, the SG of master and worker are both created with Description "Created By OpenShift Installer" on the web console. Curious. Is this for AWS only? It is not just for AWS: It is for all platforms. The specifics on which resources have description fields is specific to the platform. As an example, in GCP you can see the description on service accounts.
