This appears to be some new autogenerated dependency that does not exist on builds for < f34

Happens with f33 build of kf5-kapidox-5.75 now too. :(

So, apparently kapidox does have *optional* dependencies on 
doxypypy
doxyqml

Need to figure out how to filter these autogenerated python dependencies, in the short term.

Longer term, probably a good idea work to get both of those packaged in fedora.
