We should suggest the rhv-image-discrepancies tool[1] to be used regularly by our customers if they are using snapshots on a common basis and during upgrade.

Upgrade Guide:

We can include the tool next to rhv-log-collector-analyzer or as a last step of the upgrade. Customers should run the tool and if any discrepancies found - open a proactive support case.

Admin Guide:
~~~~~~~~~~~~
I couldn't decide if put it under the Backup and Restore API section or under Storage domains, where we talk about snapshot. But we need to have a suggestion there to run the tool regularly, maybe weekly or monthly, and if any problems detected, open a proactive case.

Tech Reference:

Under the snapshots section, add recommendation as in the Admin Guide.
