Description of problem:
Select "Advance Sync" --> "Optimized Sync" from a Products page, a notification appears saying the sync has started and containing a HTML.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Reproduced with 6.7

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In the WebUI: Content -> Products -> Click on any Product -> Select Action -> Advanc sync

2. Click on "Optimized Sync" and press sync

Actual results:
A green notification appears with non-clickable HTML link

Expected results:
link should be clickable

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/30893 has been resolved.

Verified on Sat 6.9.0 snap 4 using the reproducer in the original report. The link in the green popup message is clickable, and takes user to the page displaying task's progress.
