Description of problem:
On page load by default an event source is not selected but if user Selects a source then application group name is not auto filled in Event Source form in this scenario.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to event source form
2. Select a Source
3. Notice that application group is not auto filled

Actual results:
Application group name is not populated



Expected results:
Application group name should be populated
