Description of problem: On add Page notification "No workloads found" Shown if namespace has just EventSource, Channel, Broker

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions): Install Serverless

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a NS
2. Go to Dev Perspective -> Add -> EventSource Card/ Channel Card
3. Create Channel or EventSource and sink to URI or Broker
4. Go to Add Page

Actual results: On Add page can see message "No workloads found"

Expected results: On Add page  there shouldn't be a message showing "No workloads found"
