Cause: When asking for the external network, the Installer interactive prompt was showing all networks as possible choices
Consequence: The list included invalid options
Fix: The Installer now filters the proposed options based on whether the network is externel
Result: The Installer only prompts external networks when asking to choose the external network for the cluster.

4.4 installer issues should not block 4.6 going GA. Punting to 4.7. Checked and moved to verified.
