Describe the issue:
Need to expand the basic network troubleshooting section of the troubleshooting guide to include examples and additional tools to use.


Suggestions for improvement:
Add examples of the tools we use to check for issues and provide examples of the outputs of these tools.
Add the iperf utility and describe how to use it to test for network communication issues between nodes.
Explain that a ping test is not a warranted test for proper network communication.
Explain how to ping test with jumbo frames.
