Can you please add libmodsecurity package to EPEL 8 repo?

I just checked and 3.0.4 from F33 version built succesfull without any changes.

If you need some help I can do it.

libmodsecurity is available for EPEL7 and EPEL9. Is there still interest to have libmodsecurity for EPEL8?
