Checked the doc content. I have two suggestions.

1.Step 2 of the second procedure "From the Volume Snapshots page" should be updated to :

   Beside the desired snapshot, click Action Menu (⋮) → Restore as new PVC.

Change is needed because there is no separate  'Volume Snapshot' tab in the Volume Snapshots page.

2. Give OCP 4.6 doc reference in the NOTE section related to access mode.

Changing status back to assigned.

One more suggestion. "Verification steps" is numbered in section "7.3. Deleting volume snapshots" but not in other sections. eg: 7.1. Creating volume snapshots, 8.1. Creating a clone. Please keep same format for all these sections.

Restoring volume snapshot from the Persistent Volume Claims page is possible only if the parent PVC is present.

Modify the note  "You must select a storage class which is attached to the same pool as that of the parent PVC ." to "You must select a storage class with same pool as that of the parent PVC." Also mention that this note is applicable only for RBD.

Change 'snapshot' to 'volume snapshot' in:
    Step 3 of the first procedure
    Step 2 of the second procedure
    In the NOTE after the second procedure

The new PVC might take some time to reach the status 'Bound'. Considering that, the second point in the verification should be changed. eg: Wait for the new PVC to reach Bound state.

Also mention the restored PVC is independent of the volume snapshot and parent PVC. After the new PVC reach Bound state, it is ready to consume.
