Description Erik Nelson 2020-09-23 17:43:31 UTC
Description of problem:
When the user tries to edit an azure replication repo, the modal presents a provider type dropdown instead of the editing form. This *does not* happen with an AWS form, so it's possible this is just a non-AWS provider type problem.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.3.0

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an azure replication repo
2. Edit it

Actual results:
Modal presents a provider selection dropdown

Expected results:
Should present the form with all the replication repo details with the Azure provider type set, since it's a property that should be inherent to the object.
