Describe the issue:
The note under the section "5.4. Expanding Persistent Volume Claims" in the managing doc should be updated in OCS 4.6 documentation to mention PVC expansion will be supported in these scenarios:
1. Fresh installation of OCS4.5 which is then upgraded to OCS4.6
2. Fresh installation of OCS4.6

Referring to this particular note in OCS4.5 document

Suggestions for improvement:
The note in OCS4.6 should be able to convey the information that the PVC expansion is supported in these scenarios:
1. Fresh installation of OCS4.5 which is then upgraded to OCS4.6
2. Fresh installation of OCS4.6

The change is needed only in OCS 4.6 doc.

With these two bug fixes, all PVCs (including those created in an older version of OCS) in OCS 4.6 cluster will have expansion capabilities.

The cluster need not be fresh installation of OCS4.5 or OCS 4.6. Cluster upgraded to OCS 4.6 from any previous version will support PVC expansion.
So the NOTE under section "6.4. Expanding Persistent Volume Claims", which mention that the PVC expansion is supported only in fresh installation of OCS 4.5 and later, can be removed from OCS 4.6 "Managing and allocating storage resources" doc.
