Description of problem:
Bare metal assets displaying "Asset sync failed" when allocated (Although spoke create is successful)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

- ACM 2.1.0 - 2.1.0-DOWNSTREAM-2020-09-21-02-55-22
- IPv4 Provision + Baremetal networks

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:

2. Create bare metal assets
3. Create spoke cluster and include bare metal assets (Via UI)

Comment 1 Chad Crum 2020-09-24 14:13:14 UTC
@haoli - This is what we were discussing yesterday. I duplicated it again today as well.

Comment 2 Chad Crum 2020-10-26 13:20:52 UTC
As stated in the GH issue, I retested and the issue is fixed in 2.1.0-DOWNSTREAM-2020-10-22-14-50-3.
