Description of problem:
'Volume Snapshots' should be added as an item under 'Inventory' in Project Details page. It should give the number of volume snapshots present and the link to the list of those volume snapshots.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In the console, go to Home --> Projects
2. Select one project to go to Project Details page

Actual results:
Volume Snapshot is not listed under inventory

Expected results:
Volume Snapshot should be listed under inventory

'Volume Snapshots' is listed under 'Inventory' in Project Details page and it is showing the exact number of volume snapshots. The given link will direct to the 'Volume Snapshots' page of the particular project.
