Description of problem: User is unable to create generic channel of kind Channel in Add channel flow and can only create channel implementations i.e IMC, KafkaChannel etc. 


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):OCP 4.6 ,
Serverless 1.8.0+


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Serverless
2. In Developer view click +Add Channel
3. Select Channel

Actual results: Can't see option to create generic channel of kind Channel in Add channel flow and can only create channel implementations i.e IMC, KafkaChannel etc. 


Expected results:user should see option to create generic channel of kind Channel in Add channel flow and can only create channel implementations i.e IMC, KafkaChannel etc.
