Verified on clusterlogging.4.5.0-202010221357, elasticsearch-operator.4.5.0-202010222033.  No such in issue in 12 OCP cluster upgrade.

In these 12 upgrade.
6 clusters was upgraded from 4.5.17 to 4.6.1 with logging 4.5 deployed.
3 clusters were upgraded from 4.4.29 to 4.5.17 with 4.5.0 Logging deployed(Workaound by modifing the miniKube). 
3 clusters were upgraded from 4.4.29 to 4.5.17 with a modified 4.4 logging deployed(OwnerReference are deleted manually).
