The server behind archive.libguestfs.org is down - an engineer is coming today to look at it. In the meantime you can edit /etc/virt-builder/repos.d/libguestfs.conf and comment out the [archive.libguestfs.org] section. This should be back now. Does it work for you? It is indeed working now.
