This package has changed maintainer in the Fedora.
Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component.

Comment 2 Scott K Logan 2021-05-20 19:49:44 UTC
I am also very interested in seeing this package built for EPEL 8. If maintenance and/or testing on RHEL 8 is a concern, please consider adding me (cottsay) as a co-maintainer.

Thanks!

Hello Daniel, is there anything I can do to help move this ticket forward?

It looks like the rawhide branch currently builds successfully against EPEL 8 without any changes: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=70311941

Comment 4 Scott K Logan 2021-12-14 00:29:01 UTC
Hi Daniel, one more ping before I file a rel-eng ticket[1]. Please branch this package for EPEL 8.

If you would not like to maintain the package in EPEL 8, please consider adding me (cottsay) as an EPEL-only co-maintainer for this package.

Thanks!

I'm not interesting in working on EPEL myself, but I think I've given you access to the EPEL branches in the settings now.

Comment 6 Scott K Logan 2021-12-14 20:28:18 UTC
Thanks, Daniel. I've submitted the branch request.
