Describe the issue: 

All the hyperlinks in 1.2.4. Network Time Configuration section is redirected to RHEL7. We have to redirect to RHEL8 wherever applicable.


Suggestions for improvement:
It would be good if we mention how to configure Network Time for RHEL8 and redirect the hyperlink to Reference Link [1] for RHEL8.
