Reason:

The purpose was for the users who were upgrading to RHGS 3.5.0 need to install this explicitly, but in later async release for RHGS 3.5.0, it was made dependent. 
Hence on a latest version doing "yum install glusterfs-ganesha" adds the "nfs-ganesha-selinux" package too.
