Description of problem:
On MATE panel:

1. Click Applications
2. Hover over Internet
3. Hover over HexChat
4. Right click HexChat
5. Click "Add this launcher to panel"

=> Icon appears to the panel and mate-panel crashes.

Hmm, i can't reproduce the crash when adding hexchat to the panel.
Tested with Mate development version on baremetal f32, 
and with an updated regular f32 version in VM.
Does it happen every time when adding hexchat to panel?
Does is happen with another application?
Or was it one-shot?
