Windows Pod Terminal Works

1. create IPI on Azure cluster
2. Add windows node
3. create a Windows pod which runs on WIndows node
4. Goes to pod Terminal, the terminal is opened successfully

Verified on 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-11-07-035509
